Job Summary:
As the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible to grow Frappe's partner ecosystem globally by enabling and empowering partners in their journey of building a business with Frappe products. This role is ideal for you if you,

Roles and responsibilities
Leadership and strategy
- Leading the team of regional partner managers to achieve global revenue growth via partnerships. Work with regional partner managers on building and executing a regional growth plan.
Managing partner journey
- Working closely with partners in their growth journey.
- Motivating partners through partnership tiers. Provide clear pathways and milestones for achieving Gold partner status.
- Taking continuous partner feedback to improve partner program
Regional sales
- Maintain high quality interactions with customers reaching out to Frappe, ensuring high customer satisfaction score and SLA% for all CRM leads.
- Drive revenue growth by closing leads that reach out to Frappe or Frappe partners. Supporting partners with tools, playbooks, and deal assistance to improve conversion rates.
- Lead nuturing : Increase qualified leads for each region, with regular lead farming activities including proactive calls and emails to new signups, paid accounts, churned accounts.
Regional marketing
- Events and expos: Conducting regular Frappe events as well as participating in relevant exhibitions. Measuring clear ROI for each event.
- Regional marketing: Ship landing pages, own email journey with region messaging, regional product marketing including documentation, blogs, webinars, comparisons, success stories, for your region. Measure ROI of your activities by measuring improvement in traffic to signup to paid to retention for each region, and globally.
Regional product market fit
- Ensuring product is ready to adopt for respective regions, this means monitoring and improving translations, compliance readiness (VAT, Payroll etc), data center localisation for your region.
- Influencing product and engineering teams to fix regional growth blockers.
- Hiring external agencies or interested partners to solve problems that internal teams cannot solve.
Skills and qualifications
- Any degree/MBA from top institute.
- 6 to 8 years of overall experience.
- At least 2 years leading partnerships in a SaaS company.
- Able to build trust with partners, proven with previous consulting / sales / account management experience.
- Exceptional problem solving skills: Proven by data and research orientation, ability to structure problems instead of jumping into solutions. Ability to identify regional growth blockers and solving them.
- Organised and planned.
- Previous entrepreneurship experience is a bonus.
